Simple Summer Tea

  • Hibiscus flowers
  • Rosehips

Add equal parts hibiscus and rosehips to your tea vessel and cover with 8-10 ounces of warm water. I use a generous teaspoon of each herb. Let steep for 8 minutes, strain into your favorite mug, then add additional warm water over the herbs for a second, equally delicious steep.

Optional: Add 1 teaspoon raw honey to sweeten.
