Seasonal Transition Tea

  • 1/2 teaspoon grafruit peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint leaf (spearmint works too!)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon balm
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose hips + more for topping if you like
Makes 16 ounces, about 2 servings

Add herbs to a medium sized glass jar and cover with 16 ounces room temperature, filtered water. Let sit on the counter overnight or for at least 6-7 hours. In the morning, strain out the herbs and store in the refrigerator to chill, or heat slightly and drink warm. Add fresh lemon and honey if desired either during, or after steeping. I prefer to add these after the steep for a fresher flavor.
