Ginger Spiked Chamomile & Lemon Hot Toddy

  • 10 ounces filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 hearty slice of fresh lemon
  • 2 teaspoons ginger syrup
10 ounces, or one serving

Bring water to a gentle boil and pour over chamomile flowers, letting steep for 8 minutes. Remove the chamomile flowers and add honey, ginger syrup and lemon. Optional, add in 15ml (1/2 a shot) of bourbon or whiskey to spike. Sip consciously and in gratitude.
