Autumnal Lucid Dreaming Tea

  • 2 tsp mugwort
  • 1/2 tsp chamomile
  • 1/2 tsp passionflower
  • 1/2 tsp orange peel
  • 1/2 tsp spearmint
  • 1/2 tsp oatstraw
